In him and through faith in him we may approach God with freedom and confidence.
Prayer is the path by which the human body goes to God.Therefore, when you pray, you meet God in your body.
If you want to feel it clearly like your body is touching it, you must truly pray.
A life that does not connect with the body has no conviction.Therefore, it is also that much harder to take action.Just as your body has to touch the work in order to do it, whatever it is, you can do it only if you stick close to it.
If you have to climb a tree, you can’t do it from one meter away. You can only climb the tree if you stick close to it and hug it.It is the same with both work and faith.
Both your heart and body must be closely attached to that work in order for you to take action on it. And both your heart and actions must be closely attached to the Trinity. Then you will feel God, the Holy Spirit, and the Lord more and take action with conviction. 
Whether it is the work of faith or any other work, only the person who takes action with his body, heart, and thoughts closely attached to it can do it.
