‘Your heart’ determines the destiny of your body and spirit.
It is because the body takes action according to how you make up your mind,
the soul carries out activities according to how you make up your mind,
and the spirit changes according to how you make up your mind
and how your body takes action.
That is why [I ] say that ‘your own heart’ determines ‘your destiny.’
