If you sin, repent not only with words but also with actions.
Depending on the sin, you must struggle and pray while enduring and refraining:
some for three months, others for seven months, and still others for a year;
and never commit such a sin again.
If you confess your sin after having done it, I will forgive you.
You must do it like this.
Only then will you escape from the domain of sin by your righteous deeds of
making efforts and will you become strong enough to not commit the same sin again.
