God rules over ‘the good and the evil.’
If THE GOOD commit ‘evil’ but God does not judge THE GOOD
but judges only THE EVIL, ultimately, both the good and the evil will suffer woe.
Therefore, God does not judge THE EVIL only.
God judges THE GOOD also as much ‘evil’ as they have committed,
and God judges THE EVIL according to their deeds. That is ‘justice.’
