Just as <cars> are made to move if people drive them
and not move if people do not drive them,
God created human beings so that if they do something,
it will be done, and if they do not do it, it will not be done.
God made it that way so that people will gain if they take action
according to what they want; also,
[He made it that way] so that no problems will arise since
they will not do it if they do not want it.
