Look back at the past and think about it.
Think, remember, and dig up ‘the things’ with which God, the Holy Spirit,
and the Holy Son ‘helped you’ and ‘the stories of Them saving you.’
Then thanksgiving, joy, and hope will spring up.
If you live being unaware of this or forgetting it, there is neither ‘hope’ nor ‘joy.’
