God made <creation> for people to use and enjoy.
However, people are able to use it only to the level of 'their efforts'.
Even though God created the <sun>, people are able to make use of 'solar energy'
only if they have studied about the sun to that degree. Even though God created <wind>,
people are able to make use of it only if they have studied about wind to that degree.
Without studying, they are unable to obtain the benefits.
