Even <righteous people> must surely set ‘conditions’ in order to fulfill God’s Will.
Those 'conditions’ are, first, ‘the condition of repenting
for the sins of evildoers on their behalf,’ and second,
‘the condition of righteousness that pertains to themselves.’
‘God’s Will’ is fulfilled only when these conditions are met.
