When you work, do not compute ‘time’ only as how long you have worked.
Instead, work as much as you need to so that ‘the work you have done’ will be ‘noticeable.’
The same goes for prayer also.
Do not only measure time to say you prayed for one or two hours.
Instead, pray as much as you need to.
Then when you pray, ‘the difference made by your prayer’ will be noticeable.
