Matthew 13:19, 23
19 When anyone hears the message about the kingdom and does not understand it, the evil one comes and snatches away what was sown in their heart. This is the seed sown along the path.
23 But the seed falling on good soil refers to someone who hears the word and understands it. This is the one who produces a crop, yielding a hundred, sixty or thirty times what was sown.”
Matthew 15:10, 16
10 Jesus called the crowd to him and said, “Listen and understand.
16 “Are you still so dull?” Jesus asked them.
John 8:43
43 Why is my language not clear to you? Because you are unable to hear what I say.
Daniel 10:12-14
12 Then he continued, “Do not be afraid, Daniel. Since the first day that you set your mind to gain understanding and to humble yourself before your God, your words were heard, and I have come in response to them. 13 But the prince of the Persian kingdom resisted me twenty-one days. Then Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me, because I was detained there with the king of Persia. 14 Now I have come to explain to you what will happen to your people in the future, for the vision concerns a time yet to come.”
Hallelujah! I bid you the love of the everlasting Holy Father God and the peace of the Holy Son.
When the Word is delivered, people hear it and learn it in two different ways.
First, there are people who learn it physically just as learning academics and building knowledge
Second, there are people who listen to and learn the Word spiritually while realizing at the soul level.
Those who listen to the Word while realizing will learn it at a soul level and spiritual level, so they are people who are high in level. If you learn while realizing, your heart and your action of the body transform well, and according to that, your soul and spirit also transform well. You are greatly moved immediately when you listen to the Word; the Holy Spirit works upon you and you feel it intensely; and the fire of the Holy Spirit will actually come to you.
Realizing itself is ‘fire’ and ‘shimjeong.’
In order to become a person who learns and realizes at a spiritual level, there are some things you must do.
First, you must pray before coming to church. Or even after arriving at church, you must be sure to pray before listening to the Word. You must pray earnestly beforehand, saying, “Please let me listen to the Word well, climb up to the level of realizing, and listen to it spiritually.”
Second, you must concentrate your heart, mind, and thoughts during praise before the message begins as well as after the message begins.
What does it mean ‘to realize’?
‘To realize’ is, ‘to know on your own.’ ‘To learn’ is ‘to know by being taught by others.’
Everyone, upon hearing the Word, you must realize on your own, come to know on your own, and take action properly. Whoever it may be, a person who realizes and takes action on their own is that tremendous
