[Scriptures] 2 Thessalonians 2:13
But we ought always to thank God for you, brothers and sisters loved by the Lord, because God chose you as first fruits to be saved
through the sanctifying work of the Spirit and through belief in the truth.
People see things according to the level of their own intellect and thoughts.
The Jewish religious people who were in the Old Testament Law saw Jesus the Messiah
according to the level of their own thoughts.
Therefore, they saw him as a heretic, the anti-Christ, and a sinner,
and could not see him correctly.
At this Jesus said:
“The stone that the builders rejected has become the cornerstone.”
He used the parable of the builders to describe
the Jewish religious people living under the Law,
and used the cornerstone as a parable for himself.
In this way, even the experts couldn’t see.
Even though they were experts in the Law,
they failed to recognize the Messiah sent by God and rejected him.
The one sent by God must be seen from God’s level to be recognized correctly.
You have to earnestly ask God.
Only then will you gain something that is above the level of a person.
Every day, week, month and year of your life, and in your whole lifetime and your life of faith,
you have to choose’what you will think and what you will take action on.
Then your life will be a work of art and you will live without regrets.
