[Scriptures] Matthew 7: 7-8
“Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find;
knock and the door will be opened to you.
For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds;
and to who knocks, the door will be opened."
There is something that is the most important part of believing in and loving God.
What do you think that is?
It is conversation. It is communication. In other words, it is prayer.
Today, I will tell you how you should pray and
what you should do after you receive something through prayer.
There is a law that God Almighty established.
He will give it to you if you ask for something that is appropriate,
He will let you find it if you look for it, and He will open the door if you knock.
However, it must be an earnest conversation of petitioning.
And when praying to God, you have to plead repeatedly.
Some things take a few months or years of earnest prayers in order to fulfilled.
Why is that?
First, it is because it takes time for you to realize the value and make your vessel.
Second, it is because God examines it to see if it is appropriate in His eyes.
Third, it is because He examines it to see if it is the right time.
Fourth, it is because you have to set the condition by praying dozens of times.
In some cases, what you are asking for will happen if you take action on it.
So He gives you inspiration, wisdom, and knowledge,
so that you will gain by acting on that inspiration, wisdom, and knowledge.
There is something you must surely do before asking for something in prayer.
It is to repent for your sins.
When you properly repent for the sins you have committed until then,
He grants your prayers right away because you are finally worthy.
When praying, you should not just blindly ask for new things.
Instead, you have to think about the things He gave you so far,
realize how He granted your prayers, and be extremely thankful.
You should not try to make things fit your time, but rather,
pray that God will do things for you according to His time.
There are times when things don’t work out as you thought even though you prayed.
Because God is trying to give you something better,
you must never be discouraged but be thankful and earnestly ask until the end.
If you received something through prayer, you should know the value of Him giving it to you, sincerely give thanks to God, the Holy Spirit, and the Holy Son, love the Trinity,
give glory to the Them, celebrate, and use it valuably.
If God gives you something valuable, you should not end after just thanking Him briefly as a formality, but you should continually give thanks for a year, two years, three years, seven years,
ten years, and twenty years, and continually converse with Him.
You must not stop giving thanks, glory, and love.
Don’t be discouraged when things don’t work out even though you prayed.
Instead, I hope that you will ask appropriately with absolute belief in God’s law and promise that You will receive if you ask, you will find if you seek, and the door will open if you knock!
