[Scriptures] Matthew 12:38-40
38 Then some of the Pharisees and teachers of the law said to him, “
Teacher, we want to see a sign from you.”
39 He answered, “A wicked and adulterous generation asks for a sign!
But none will be given it except the sign of the prophet Jonah.
40 For as Jonah was three days and three nights in the belly of a huge fish, so the Son of Man will be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.
Usually, when people think about miraculous signs,
they think of only special things such as water turning into blood, the Red Sea parting,
and the impossible becoming possible.
But what is a miraculous sign?
God, the Holy Spirit, the Holy Son, and the Lord working with you
is a miraculous sign.
The signs and miracles that God performs are
carried out in your daily life incrementally with a purpose.
Miraculous signs happen gradually and slowly
just as a tree grows, seasons come, the sun rises and sets, flowers bloom, fruit is produced,
and fruit ripens over many months.
Even though miraculous signs are passing before our eyes every day,
we consider 3~5 out of 10 as ordinary occurrences, and just pass by.
You have to perform your own miraculous signs by keeping God’s Word every day,
and thus, you have to enable God, the Holy Spirit, the Holy Son and the Lord
to perform miraculous signs too.
I bless you to realize God, the Holy Spirit, and the Holy Son
who lead you through miraculous signs night and day,
and give thanksgiving and glory every day!
