When a person speaks or acts while they are tested,
they are doing it by being controlled by Satan.
Thus, [God] cannot judge the person.
It is because, if [He] judges them,
[it means that] they are judged for what Satan did
and Satan’s deed is reckoned as the deed of the person who is being tested.
In cases like this, [God] first gives them ‘a chance to repent.’
[God] sees how they repent during that period and then executes a fair judgment.
