That person's spirit went to hell
because their body did not do the things it should have done.
So they don't know why they went to hell.
If they had done it, they would not go to hell but go to Heaven
and they would know what they/the others did not do that made them go to hell.
A person who went to hell does not know
and a person who went to Heaven knows.
