For praying at predawn or regularly, if you will do it anyway,
set a time and make a promise with the Holy Son.
Make a promise saying that you will make sure to pray at those times,
and ask Him to give you something if you do.
The Holy Son extremely likes
and wants people to do things after making a promise.
