When farmers sows seeds,
what if they sow a lesser amount of seeds out of concern,
thinking that [some] would not sprout and [some] would be pecked at by birds?
The farming would not be done properly, so ultimately,
it will be a loss to the farmers.
Even if some seeds may not sprout after they are sown,
even if the birds may peck at and eat up the sown seeds,
[farmers] must sow seeds to their heart’s content.
Only then can they farm satisfactorily.
