No matter how beautiful something may look,
you buy it and have ‘a will’ for it only when your ‘heart’ goes out to it.
God looks at people's ‘heart and will’ more than ‘their image and form,’ which is their appearance.
He works upon them with His Will only when His ‘heart’ goes out to them.
