You will die not if you do not wash your body.
However, how uncomfortable both your heart and body must feel because of that!
You will be afraid that someone may/might see you and you will feel embarrassed.
In the same way, in God’s sight, there are so many acts that both your body
and heart will feel uncomfortable about and that you will feel ashamed of
if others see it, even if you may not die from committing those sins.
