God created human beings, and created the human spirit
because the body will waste away and ultimately die.
He created the human spirit so that human beings will continue to
live on forever after the body dies, with the body being replaced by the spirit.
Because of this, He sent the savior, gave the Word
and enabled people to make their spirits into the Heavenly form,
through their bodies taking action on that Word.
