Genesis 4:6-7
6 Then the Lord said to Cain, “Why are you angry? Why is your face downcast? 7 If you do what is right, will you not be accepted? But if you do not do what is right, sin is crouching at your door; it desires to have you, but you must rule over it. ”
Ephesians 4:29-32
29 Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen. 30 And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, with whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. 31 Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice. 32 Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.
Galatians 5:19-24
19 The acts of the flesh are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery; 20 idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions 21 and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God.
22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law. 24 Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.

I bid you the love of the eternal Holy Father God and the peace of the Holy Son Jesus.
The tongue is fire. Depending on what kind of a heart and thoughts you have and how you speak, the tongue is like fire or like water. Even when a brother* doesn’t accept what is right even though he doesn’t know correctly, but insists on his own thoughts, acting like he knows something, you just need to change the direction of the conversation wisely. Crushing what a brother says is [like] using armed force and being hot-blooded. In being carried away by their hot temper, people end up quarreling, becoming angry and fighting, or if worse, even killing others. Hot-tempered words, heart, or actions are the ‘physical nature,’ whether it is done on a big scale or small scale.
No matter how correct what you say may be, and even if others insist [their thoughts] out of ignorance or pretend to know something, do not crush your brothers’ hearts with your knowledge using hot-tempered words. It is like knocking down one who is weak among your brothers, twisting his arm backward, and pressing down against his back with your foot.
Even if a brother acts like he knows something when he doesn’t actually know, we should talk and suggest [what is right] with a good and kind heart, and converse and keep peace to the end. Even if you know [something] absolutely correctly and even if you become troubled because people don’t accept [what you say], you still need to make things peaceful. That is wisdom.
When God, together with the Holy Son Jesus and the Holy Spirit, was making this world perfectly so that human beings would be able to live [in it], human beings didn’t even exist.
God the Almighty created the heavens and the earth, created human beings, and prepared all things so that human beings could live, but what have you done? What is it that you have done? Did you help when [God] was making the sun? Were you there to work together when He was making the moon and the stars? When God was creating mountains, water, and vegetation, did you make anything? Have you made one sparrow or a grain of sand by the ocean? All of these things were made when not even one of human beings existed on the globe.
After completely making everything 100% so that you would be able to live, [We] ask you to believe in the Almighty, believe in the Holy Son, He sent, believe in Him and love Him after hearing the words of the one whom the Holy Son appointed and sent, and live a good life. But then, can you not even do that? Is it your intention to live not loving God and the savior, not believing in them, but to live only with an impulsive heart? Trinity did 100% [of the work] in making the environment for human beings to live in, so all you need to do is to sustain your life for you to live. But then can you not make your own one body properly and live honoring and loving Heaven? Everyone, we need to repent.
As long as you live righteously with a good and kind heart, the Creator and the Holy Son help you and work together with you like a bridegroom. If [Heaven] does not repay you according to your deeds, either good or evil, then neither the good nor the evil can exist at all. So [God] repays the wicked so that they will be stricken according to their deeds, come to their right minds, stop walking the road on the cliff, and live a good life; thus, they are able to exist still. With the good also, what they suffered at the hands of the wicked is repaid to the wicked and the good have to be blessed according to their goodness, then they are able to exist.
Impulsive personality, words, and actions are all Cain’s personalities, so all people must keep [the Lord’s] words that urge us to repent and abandon that [character]. Then the house of your soul and spirit will not be burned down because of yourselves.
When our body lives on earth, we need to make our heart and actions into those of a perfect heavenly person, and make our spirit into the perfect heavenly form, and then go to Heaven. It requires perfect words, heart, thoughts, and actions.
