[Message] Pastor Jung Myeong-seok
[Scriptures] Acts 5:1-11
1)Now a man named Ananias, together with his wife Sapphira, also sold a piece of property.
2) With his wife’s full knowledge he kept back part of the money for himself, but brought the rest and put it at the apostles’ feet.
3) Then Peter said, “Ananias, how is it that Satan has so filled your heart that you have lied to the Holy Spirit and have kept for yourself some of the money you received for the land?
4) Didn’t it belong to you before it was sold? And after it was sold, wasn’t the money at your disposal? What made you think of doing such a thing? You have not lied just to human beings but to God.”
5) When Ananias heard this, he fell down and died. And great fear seized all who heard what had happened.
6) Then some young men came forward, wrapped up his body, and carried him out and buried him.
7) About three hours later his wife came in, not knowing what had happened.
8) Peter asked her, “Tell me, is this the price you and Ananias got for the land?”
“Yes,” she said, “that is the price.”
9) Peter said to her, “How could you conspire to test the Spirit of the Lord? Listen! The feet of the men who buried your husband are at the door, and they will carry you out also.”
10) At that moment she fell down at his feet and died. Then the young men came in and, finding her dead, carried her out and buried her beside her husband.
11) Great fear seized the whole church and all who heard about these events.
Exodus 34:7
maintaining love to thousands, and forgiving wickedness, rebellion and sin. Yet he does not leave the guilty unpunished; he punishes the children and their children for the sin of the parents to the third and fourth generation.”
Hallelujah! I pray that all of you are filled abundantly with the love of the eternal Holy Father God and the peace of the Holy Son.
Even if their 'bodies' have been taken back from Satan, because they do rotten actions within the path of faith, their bodies cannot be raptured on the earth, and their spirits cannot achieve salvation and rapture either. Matthew 10:26 says "There is nothing concealed that will not be disclosed, or hidden that will not be made known."
After hearing today's message, each person must check themselves. You must completely repent of and clear up not only financial misdeeds but also sexual misdeeds, and other unrighteous deeds you have done. You must not become people like Ananias and Sapphira who were greedy and did wrong. You must not become people who disobeyed like Adam and Eve.
If there are things you have really done wrong, you should not hide them but ask and pray to be forgiven. If people repent, the Holy Son saves them again and lets them come to the domain of life. If people do not repent, because of their sins, as they walk the path of death their entire lifetime, both their bodies and spirits will pay for it, and ultimately they will go to the domain of death. The choice to 'repent, or not repent but hide it,' is made by you. I entrusted all the financial matters of Providence to the Holy Son.
You must really conduct yourselves well because the Lord treats you according to what you have done. You must not calculate things according to your ways and so use God's things as your things. People like these are dangerous because they are people with really wrong 'mentality and thinking.' You must not steal things that belong to God. And you must also not fail to give thanks to God either when they are God's things [in the first place]. If you do, you will not receive 'material blessings.'
Everyone, you must fix your 'wrong thoughts. People whose brains are hardened with 'greed,' and thus have the wrong thinking, always cause problems. I hope you will fix your 'wrong thoughts and mentality' after listening to today's message. You must repent to the fundamental degree.
Even If you have taken back yourself and your brothers from Satan, if you do things that are rotten, then you will cause yourself to decay and will end up becoming unfortunate even if you are in Providence. Therefore, if there is anything that is rotting, you must heal it by immediately repenting of it and cutting it off.
You must listen to today's message and really sober up your mind, and must surely fix it if there is even one contradiction in you. Even if your entire body is healthy, if there is cancer in your stomach and you fail to fix that, you will ultimately die because of that one thing.
Up till this point I have told you together with the Lord about what you must surely know and take action on in April. I bless all of you to be filled abundantly with the Lord's love and the Holy Spirit's grace, and thus realize, know, and take action..
