＜肉＞は「環境」に乗じ、「雰囲気」に乗じるから、「その時の状況」に属して行なうようになります。
しかし＜霊＞は強いから、＜霊と魂＞と共に「心と思いと命」を尽くして行なえば、環境も雰囲気も治め、そこから抜け出すようになります。

＜自分の精神と考えを治めること＞、＜考えの綱を固く握って、聖霊に導かれて行なうこと＞です。
