Constructing a straight path in  Mt. Sun Rising or Josan (It is a path to the mountain.)(For ‘Josan’, it has its own meaning.  Jo – sun rising, san – mountain in Korean.)

March 24th is working day for the Holy Land of all the Wolmyeongdong Church Members once a month. After the Sunday Service, everyone changed to working clothes and worked.

Workers of Wolmyeongdong, Taiwan and Malaysian members working on making a road to Josan and water tanks. When they were making the road, tress were covered with diet. They cleaned up the area so the trees could breath and they made tubes to make water and fertilizer can go in. Also they put pebbles and covered it with dirt.

While Wolmyeongdong workers working on making the road to Josan, church memebers planted 300 Hinoki Cypress and Metasequoia trees to the side of Hoytgol. Hinoki Cypress breath out phytoncide so it is widely used for therapeutic walk in the forest and in Japan, it is used for special bath tub material.

Wolmyeongdong church members could take the fragrance of Hinoki Cypress, they worked with joy even if it was not easy. They were not well trained but they were thinking these tress are the young lives of providence and planted them with care.

Church members and workers of Wolmyeongdong tried hard to give time to God not only the service time but all other times. That was very inspiring day.
