Whether it is an individual, a church, each department or organization, the leaders should collect
the new ideas, new techniques, and new methods of people around them.
Even though there are people who do better than a leader below, next to, behind, and in front of them,
[the leader] does not accept their words and opinions even to the point of death.
Leaders, keep asking people who are under you, next to you, in front of you, and behind you sincerely and truly.
If they give you good ideas, let them do the work that you yourselves cannot do. In this way, let the entire group shine.
There is only one king.
The Lord is the king.
