Allowing it in your heart is allowing it with your body.
The origin of the heart is the body [part] called ‘the brain.’ Therefore, if something is allowed in your heart, it is allowed in the body.
The body always comes before the heart. ‘The brain’ is the core among the body parts.
It must be operated and allowed in the body-part called the brain, then you will feel in your heart also and allow it.
Therefore, first is not the spirit that is spiritual, but the body.
