People live their lives always using the 'smartphone' because the [smartphones] are of the body. They constantly check if text messages have arrived and constantly and habitually stare at their smartphones.
However, they don't call/seek the Holy Son that constantly.
You must be strong in PRAYER, WORD, AND HOLY SPIRIT by praying deeply in the spirit, making sure to listen to each Word, and participating in the working of the Holy Spirit.
Then you will be spiritual.
