Until the time my dark hairs turned gray,
I found and served my Lord,
going through all kinds of hardships.
Ah, I would have my Lord on the boat
that I made with my own hands,
and make new songs and sing them endlessly,
along the riverbank where the waterfowls cry
until my life ends
so that my Lord’s heart may be filled with joy.
