In this island, Japan,
Like my hometown,
Like my nation,
The sun rises at noon,
And the moon and starts
shines at night.
That’s right,
The earth that we live sharing
The one lamp of the sun,
Is one family and one room.
It is living together sharing one lamp.
Even if we live in one room,
Upstairs and downstairs are different.
Likewise, each nation
Just wakes up early or wakes up later,
The earth that everybody lives together
From the east to the west,
Is all one big family room.
The earth is all brothers and sisters
Serving the heavenly parents.
