Somebody says
to look at gold as though it were a rock.
However, this generation is materialistic.
They are the people who do not look at gold as if it were a rock
but they look at gold as if it were a diamond.
Ah, because the generation has changed,
even the words of the great master
become psalms spoken to a dead horse.
Ah, the great words of saints are also
treated as the proverbs of a foolish person.
Even though the time period of Heaven has begun,
if human beings follow only this generation,
their lives will come to ruin.
Ah, for the life that is bound to the ground,
is there any way to live looking at something as though it were gold?
You should live looking at the Creator--Who created gold
and life, which is more precious than gold
--preciously like gold
and live casting away worldly desires.
