The wild beast,
picked up hens
with his jaws
and even
sheep.
I was so angered
thinking,
‘Should I burn down
the entire mountain with fire
just to catch that beast?’
Actually, I could not
do that.
But if I lay
snares upon
where the beast inhabits,
and if every beast
that moves
are caught by the snares,
let’s catch them all,
starve them
for years,
dry them off
and so give them
the pain of Hell
forever.
