A flower
Winked,
Beckoning me.
Why she had called,
I came to see.
These following words,
She spoke to me:
Numerous art
The beautiful flowers,
There art so many.
Yet why have thou
So loved me?
Deeply moved and grateful I am,
So devoting
All my life as a flower,
I will live for thee.
This confession,
She gave to me.
Ah,
So moved!
So pleased!
Should
Thy lovely form
Cease to be,
And nought remains
But a flowering tree,
Forevermore,
I shall love thee.
