God receives that prayer and solve that problem.
Only the person who prayed a lot for something rejoice and celebrate together with the Holy Son when that problem/issue gets solved.
If a person does not know to love, he will not pray.
The Holy Son always said,
"Don't fight. Fight against Satan and defeat him first by praying.
Solve the problem by telling the Almighty Being."
