What you do during a given time is valuable and important.
What you think of during that given time is very important.
If you use time only for the body, you cannot escape the ground level.
Use your time for the eternal world and the eternal spirit.
You must use the ‘time’ that you received as a blessing from God only as time for the Almighty God.
Then you will inherit the Kingdom of Heaven, and it will, therefore, remain for eternity.
