I think, 'why am I so depressed today?'
'Is it because the weather is gloomy?'
'Is it because my family does not listen to me?'
'Is it because there is nothing much to do for me?'
'Even though the weather is sunny, I feel irritated and even though there are a lot of works to do, I do not want to do it. Why?'
If you do not give thanks, you complain,
If you do not rejoice, you become sad being sad.
If you rejoice, sadness, tribulation, and difficulties do not come.
Joy is a light.
The light shines down so the darkness will be gone.
If you do not rejoice, you cannot participate in joy together with God.
Rejoice for this and rejoice for that and
when you rejoice and be thankful without calculating conditions,
you become joyful.
