When I was about to cross the street, I saw a caterpillar crawling, working hard to cross this wide four-lane street. It’s fate will end in a flash when the light changes while it’s trying to cross. If it were on my shoes, it would be able to cross the road easily, but would it be able to cross the street today with its own power while trying to dodge all these footsteps and wheels? Should I put it on my shoes before crossing?!?!
When I think about when I should cross, the word “time” comes to my mind.
The cars which speed swiftly [ahead] blocking my path stop at some point, and I am able to walk across confidently on this road that spreads open like the Red Sea.
Surely, TIME is scary!!
I think of this as God having done 95% [of the work], and I just have to do the 5% responsibility of crossing the road.
It is because we have to do things at particular times to match God’s time.
Also, those who live their lives doing things on their own are like this caterpillar trying to walk across this four-lane road [on its own], and the ones who live doing things with God and take action AFTER RECEIVING THE GOOD FORTUNE OF GOD are like people going across the street on top of a human’s shoe.
We just have to do the responsibility of not falling off and clenching onto that foot. However, that also needs to be done with all of our might ^^;;
Ah, life changes even when you meet a single good person. How much more would a person’s life change when they meet the Almighty God?
